Email Marketing

Email Marketing has been a part of my business plan for years.  I use Constant Contact to send the eNewsletter that has articles from my real estate blog at www.SellingProperties.com

I send my eNewsletter once a month with articles regarding the various aspects of real estate:  financing, green real estate, inventory issues, sales statistics of various areas, special properties on the market and current market information.... and normally have some community event listed.

  1. That is great that you do email marketing already. We just recently bought a house and I really relied on my agents up to date emails with potential listings, statistics, and photos. I even subscribed to other agent emails so I could make sure I was getting the most current listings and market information.

  2. That's great that you already do a monthly newsletter! I think being able to send out information monthly is very helpful to buyers and sellers whom are interested in what's going on currently in the real estate market. So, I think think providing them with statistics of various areas, special properties on the market, and current market information etc is a very useful aspect to your blog.

  3. I think it is great how you do a monthly newsletter. It is great to make your customer feel welcome especially when they are buying a house which can be a very stressful experience.

  4. From what I have been hearing about the current inventory of existing homes in California - putting some news and information in your newsletter about housing inventory would be a valuable piece of information for home buyers searching the current market. Another topic that might be of interest for your readers/customers is to talk abut the quality of the local schools in the San Diego area.

  5. Sounds like you already have a newsletter with relevant information for your clients. I know I am always interested to get statistics on the housing prices in my neighborhood. I like that you have community events in your newsletter. I could see where they would make a newsletter friendlier. Something I'd like to see in a real estate agents newsletter are thoughts on businesses in the area. Maybe good places to eat or shop. I know I am always looking for new places to eat out. And for clients that don't live in your area of expertise knowing more about the area brings them one step closer to making it their home.
